Location
Tourism facility by the Llanquihue Lake 172,222 ft² with an 886-ft beachfront and a total built surface of 23,573 ft² . It is located in the “Los Riscos” area on the road to Ensenada 17 miles from Puerto Varas.
Due to its privileged location, it is one of the most attractive areas in the Lake District . The property holds a very high commercial and touristic potential. It is less than half an hour from El Tepual International Airport and less than 15 minutes from the Puerto Montt - La Serena highway, and 45 minutes from where Carretera Austral begins.
Facilities
- 3-storey high Hotel with 18 double rooms and 2 suites with a wonderful view of the lake. The hotel has a total capacity of 105 passengers. Every room has its own bathroom. The lower level comprises – in the same area, the kitchen and the dining room. Above the dining room on ground level we find the lobby and the living room. In the mezzanine level we find the main entrance, reception hall, bathrooms and offices. Above these, we find the Administration offices, the Concierge room and an apartment for the hotel staff. In the two lateral 2-storey high wings that extend from the main structure we find the guestrooms.
- 5 independent cottages with direct view to the
Lake , located in one area of the property. Cottages have a 5-passenger capacity and have a dining-living room, American style kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms plus an exterior terrace. Each cottage has approximately610 ft² .
- 8 pile-dwellings, all built with direct view over the
Lake and with part of their structure mounted over the lakebed. These are independent stilt houses and located in another area of the property. Each one has a dining-living room, American style kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each stilt house has approximately484 ft² .
- The climatized pool area is located between the cottage and pile-dwelling areas, located in
2,325 ft² . Built surface totals753 ft² and an average depth of59 inches . The pool is indoors enclosed in a 9.8-ft high. - In the pool area we find the jacuzzi with capacity for 6 people built in reasonable height to appreciate a view to the
Lake and to the Osorno volcano. - Next to the pool we find a tennis court with a closed perimeter of about
9.8 feet .
- In the beach area we find a comfortable Club House of approximately
861 ft² and a516 ft² playroom. Also at the beach we find a ramp for boats going to or coming from the lake.
Local Tourism
As part of the attractions of this area in the Lake District, is sport fishing of trout and salmon and also navigation in one of the biggest lakes in South America .
During the winter season you can enjoy Skiing in the courts of the Osorno volcano. The Puerto Varas zone is excellent for connecting not only to local tourism of Chile ’s Lake District but also connects to the Argentinean border and the pass to the Argentinean city of Bariloche island of Chiloe
